		<description>I love grilling vegetables, really nice aroma and of course it taste really good, too!  I love it every time I get to perfect that nice grill marks on it.  I&#039;ve also tried tofu barbecue,  well, actually it&#039;s more like tofu kebab.  It&#039;s like making meat balls but using tofu instead and then pressing it into the skewers to form an elongated shape.  Grill then eat with a good barbecue sauce. Yum!</description>
